Professional Restaurants Incorporating Design and Equipment, Inc. is a food service consulting firm specializing in layout, design and specification of food service equipment for all applications of commercial food service establishments.
The goal of this company is to help you complete your project as expeditiously and as cost effective as possible while meeting all local code guidelines for the Building, Fire and Health Departments. At P.R.I.D.E. we can provide you with a variety of services based on your needs. We can work with your Architect, General Contractor and Food Service Equipment Company or we can assemble a team of professionals to complete your project efficiently and on time.
P.R.I.D.E. was founded by Paul Guillaume in 1996. Mr. Guillaume graduated with a degree in business administration and has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry. The experience of having worked in both the ‘front and back’ of several different types of food service establishments and his previous partnership in seven restaurants enables Mr. Guillaume to make important design decisions based on practical applications. His kitchen design and restaurant experience coupled with seven years experience in construction helps to assure our clients of quality workmanship. Mr. Guillaume has been working in the Sarasota area since 1990 in food service design and equipment sales. A list of satisfied customers are listed for your review.
